1. SALES MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Responsible of negotiating and closing agreements with strategic customers, respecting the sales plan and market prices.
Responsible of sales in retail and wholesale.
To contact, negotiate and close agreements with strategic customers, managing the entire sales process to ensure long-term relationships with them.
To coordinate with outbound logistic team the arrangement of their customer's orders to fulfill on time and under agreed specs.
To coordinate with quality team any special consideration for a specific customer
Follow up every sales order until customer confirmation.
To coordinate with Supply Chain Department the customer complaints and reverse logistics. Approve Final Sales Liquidation.
2. MARKET INTELLIGENCE
Analyze all data sources related to market situations of supply/demand in order to set the price for the products.
3. CLIENTS PORTFOLIO
Identify potential customers to capture them and increase the retail client’s portfolio of the company. Keep customer loyalty and identify potential ones.
